On Monday November 23rd, I attended a hair seminar that was brought to us by Baz Beauty Supply. Our Eduactors were Michael Dahi from Minneappolis and Manon Robillard from Santa Monica. They shared their latest collection of cut and color, and offered many tips and techniques that we can use behind the chair. It was refreshing to acquire new ideas right before the Holiday Season. I thought it might be fun for you to get an inside look at what it is like when we go to "hair school" on Mondays. Here are a few photos of the looks that were presented...

     They are having their 22nd  Annual Jewellery Exhibition.  This is where I can definitely find something  to put under the tree "To Donna" from "Mrs. Claus".  Have a look.  They are located in Ottawa's Byward Market.

     Thanks to you all for such positive feedback in regards to my website.  Sure does make a girl feel good, kind of like a haircut I would think.

     I also received many comments regarding Hair Poetry Photographed.  This does not surprise me as Crazzy Dave has done this to many people on the streets in Ottawa.

     Jean Boulay since has released a book called "Mindlessly Adrift".  It is full of great street photography, as well as poems and wisdom from Dave.

Ryszard Mrugalski is one of the most creative artists in Ottawa and as a hairdresser it was a pleasure to work and learn with him.
